We established Jai Auto Industries in the year 1975 and specialized in Cylinder Liners Manufacturing. At that time the company started manufacturing at very small scale, only 8 person were working. Now after long 25 years of successful working, our company has a well-equipped factory and a production capacity that has increased to a very large commendable output. At present we are an ISO 9001 : 2000 certified company.
We are manufacturing all types of cylinder liners with brand name "JAI" they include semi finished liners with moly, nickal and fully finished liners. We are manufacturing cylinder liners of all old models & new Models and as per party specifications. We are always in accordance to the requirements of the relevant market, which largely enables us to manufacture liners for new row of vehicles as and when they get launched/introduced into the market. We cater the products to the following sectors: Two Wheelers & Three Wheelers Cars & Commercial Vehicles Commercial Vehicles & Diesel Engine Tractor, Industrial, Agriculture Engines
We have HMT machine installed at our well established factory for quality production. Every piece is technically approved at different stages to take care of best quality output. Our team of experienced technicians and engineers is thoroughly proficient and technically skilled. Our entire production unit and team adheres to the strict Metallurgical composition during the casting process.
Our distributors network is spread across the Nation. We have been exporting our cylinders to Nepal, Sri Lanka, Lebanon, Kenya, Europe, France, Nigeria and other countries and other countries. Mr. Tarun is the managing partner taking care of all operations.
